about

this is a thing i've had sitting around since mid 2018 and i've never been able to get the energy together to actually like, properly do anything with it. i wanted to make a cool "comeback" ep with cover art inspired by the previous two bunn eps, but after making two songs i was kinda unhappy with how they turned out but didn't really know how to "fix" them. i tried remixing them but even that was too much for me to handle apparently.

i kinda just want to release this and get it out of my hair so i can (maybe) focus on making new things, although writer's block and mental illness also makes that difficult. i find it way more fun and interesting to make album covers than i do to make actual music, but maybe i'll find something to inspire me if i try a new style of music. who knows?

anyway, i need to stop being a perfectionist and worrying so hard about every little detail and just start releasing stuff even if i'm not 100% happy with it. there's no sense in letting something sit around if you're not even going to be able to work on it anymore because you get too disheartened. just let it out into the world and then use the lessons you learned to work on the next thing.

there's always room to improve, so just work on your stuff in small increments instead of trying to make every new thing "the best ever."
